The School Consolidation Committee has concluded its last meeting and has unanimously approved a recommendation report that will be presented to the Board of Trustees for their consideration. This report presents the findings and recommendations of the Sonoma Valley Unified School District's School Consolidation Committee, formed to address declining enrollment and optimize school resources. The Committee analyzed data, considered various factors, and proposed potential school closures and consolidations to ensure the district's long-term sustainability. The adopted report is posted on the distirct’s website on the SVUSD School Consolidation Comittee Web Page:

The report will be presented and discussed at a Study Session on October 29th at the District Office at 4:00pm. We encourage you to attend this meeting.
